What price can and should I pay?
Please use your best judgment to estimate what price you can afford...
Supporters Price:
Pay the Supporting Price if you can comfortably meet your basic material needs and, for example, have money left over at the end of the month, can choose to work part-time, can go on vacation at least once a year without worrying about it, or have already received or are expecting an inheritance. Or if someone is gifting you the seminar or your employer is covering the cost, for example.
Cost-covering price:
Pay the cost-covering price if you are able to comfortably meet your basic material needs—for example, because you have income, assets, or an inheritance that you can use as you see fit, can afford hobbies, have no debt, or are in a privileged position with regard to a college degree.
Solidarity Price:
Pay the solidarity price if, for example, you don’t have a steady or regular income, if you’re in debt, if you receive financial assistance, if traveling isn’t something you can take for granted, if you have less money left at the end of the month, or if you face systemic marginalization in society.
Exhale the overwhelm - Inhale collective healing
Through collective breathwork, gentle movement, creativity, intuitive rituals and time in nature we create space to soften, release stress and calm down the nervous system.
Together, we return to our bodies, the stillness and the quiet wisdom within us.
Rooted in ancestral healing and mindful presence, this experience is intentionally slow and spacious. There is no pressure to constantly participate, perform or heal all at once. We believe true restoration begins in the pauses- through rest, integration and simply being. By keeping the schedule light and nourishing we also honour the importance of avoiding post-retreat overwhelm, so you can leave feeling grounded, supported and deeply connected.
RELEASE.REST.CONNECT.CREATE.

Referentin/Facilitator:
CUCUTENI (PRONOUNS:SHE/HER)
Rooted in many dimensions and passions, Cucuteni is a (single) mother of two, a (public) health professional, poetress, educator, moderator and space holder. As a wholehearted explorer of life Cucuteni enjoys cuddling, writing, meditating, music, travelling, cooking, absurdely long phone calls and walks besides the Rhine.
Guided by her own experiences of healing and her intuitive understanding of indegenous west african healing processes, she creates spaces where vulnerability, laughter, tears, anger and authentic connection- whether in deep silence or shared laughter, are all very much welcome.
